I am a graduate of the 60-credit CACREP approved Master’s Counselor Education Program at Northeastern Illinois University.
I see individual, couples, and group therapy clients at Skylight Counseling Center’s offices in Chicago and Evanston, IL, as well as via Telehealth.
As a long-time writer and filmmaker, I understand the power of story. Now, as a clinician, that’s exactly what I focus on in our work together. Your story.
I believe we are the authors of our stories. So, in our work together we’ll explore how inaccurate, distorted, or wrongful messages may have tainted your perspective. And then, we’ll develop an adaptive plan to reframe, refocus, and re-write your narrative.
After all, each of us is unique by design. One size does not fit all. That’s why my practice is integrative. I utilize the entire spectrum of available tools to find the best therapeutic fit for you.
I don’t have all the answers. But, I will share with you the knowledge and experience I have acquired, my wholehearted presence, empathy, intuition, and nonjudgmental acceptance of you and your challenges. I’m here to help you find your way forward.
